I'm an artist who paints, draws, plays music, sings, and writes. My formal education includes degrees in literature, creative writing, and visual art. My informal education includes certifications in trauma-informed yoga, reiki, tarot, Theta Healing, Ancestral Healing, and the Akashic Records.  

 

My life education includes being a spoonie. I live with invisible diseases including an undiscovered connective tissue disease that causes arteries to dissect and produce blood clots.

I think about fear, grief, the meaning of life, the Other Side, medical gaslighting, being heard, the journey of a diagnosis, medical hardships, privilege, exhaustion & Rest, &-

disconnection, reconnection, and connection.

 

I am a survivor of abuse and have extensive experience investigating and working through what it means (& feels like) to heal. I believe healing begins when you feel Connected--Seen, Heard, Acknowledged, Understood--and most importantly, Safe. 

 

I'm a mom to an incredible wolf child who is autistic with ADHD and Sensory Integration Disorder. I think a lot about regulating the nervous system, wanting to fit in & how neurodiversity is a universe of cool.
